Basic Info Bio4th year English Lit Major at UBC with highschool teaching aspirations. My most dominant trait is definitely my wit...seriously, i just cant control myself sometimes. The other one is probably my intuition and ability to pick up on things. Im a pretty sensitive guy, lots of empathy...mebe a bit too much but whatever
Lit and music are my life...I'd like to think that I owe alot of my sanity to it....
...oh and my friends help with that too i guess lol :D Its nice to know that there are ppl who can still tolerate you when u start acting/saying very random things. Im pretty normal on the outside...completely eccentric on the inside. I used to be introverted but then i got in the habit of saying whatever i was thinking and now everyone knows how unusual i am. Fair trade for getting to know more people and seeing their reactions? YOU BET!
Music? Im really passionate about all music, but especially rock and techno. I know enough about composition and execution to do my own remixes but no $$$ to get it done. Kinda sux but B.A. comes first
....what else....meh, heres some quick facts to wrap it up:
Fav Bands/artists: Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Goo Goo Dolls, Paul Oakenfold, DJ Liquid, ATB, Sweatshop Union, Classic Rock, and a section of vgmix/ocremix artists.
Fav Song: Goo Goo Dolls - Iris. This song has alot of personal meaning for me....
Fav Books: Coraline (Neil Gaiman), The Importance of Being Earnest (Oscar Wilde), Hitchikers Guide (Douglas Adams)
Personal Idol: Jon Stewart I look up to him in every way...hes incredibly smart with an unbeatable wit. Trey Park/Matt Stone (South Park creators) are a very close second...they are absolutely brilliant for almost the same reasons.
Fav Game: Conkers Bad Fur Day. If you havent then just play the damn game...ridiculously funny. The dialogue is very genuine, story is beautiful...and it has the best conclusion i have ever seen in my life.
Fav Movie: Big Fish. The only movie to ever make me teary eyed, but not to the point of crying. This movie...after watching it u will understand why I study English....its the fiction that makes us.
